So far, I’ve had a pretty rockin’ birthday, and there is still more fun to come! Tuesday I had dinner with my parents then my mom took me to see Wicked. AMAZING show, totally worth all the hype, and I am just in awe of people’s talents to sing & dance, etc. Thursday night I went out to dinner with Adam and Lauren to Dos Caminos, where we had a deliciously filling dinner for 2.5 hours. Once again, totally worth it. Even though we kept passing on the tequila shots our waiter kept offering.

And last night, was the best. night. ever. All of my friends who live in the city came out, despite the slushy streets and on-and-off snow. We went to M 1-5, where we had two booths (although I don’t know if the other tables ever even showed), which was really nice, to dump all of our stuff and sit and chat. Some of us got there around 9:30 (early enough for happy hour, yay!). They played SUCH a great mixture of music. AND I requested Miley’s Party in the USA (that’s my jam!) and “something Britney” and they played it! But basically, I loved all the music they were playing… a little something for everyone (think, from Notorious B.I.G. to RHCP). So I got my exercise via dancing. And we all left around 2am. I honestly can’t express how happy I was to be surrounded by all these people who clearly love me. (:  Although, I will say that I tried multiple times to show my happiness by muttering “I’m soooo happy!” over and over again. And then I fell asleep in the taxi with Alex and Deb, and stomped my way through snow. When I finally got home, I stripped down, and just passed out in bed, lights on and all. Woke up around 4:30am to properly put on clothes and take out my contacts. Fun night.

And today I’m going to Atlantic City with my high school girls! It’ll be another interesting and fun night, to say the least. Maybe being 24 isn’t so bad after all…
